Sauna van Egmond Is Expanding on a Grand Scale!
Starting from May 4th, 2026, Sauna van Egmond will begin the largest renovation of the past 30 years. Our building on Mr. Gerlingstraat will be completely redesigned, including several exciting new attractions.
To our great regret, the Sanarium and the Caldarium Maximus will have to close at the end of this year, as they no longer comply with zoning regulations.
Before that time, we will be building several new cabins so that our overall facilities will be improved.
We have noticed that the demand for aufguss sessions has grown beyond the capacity of our Meknes Sauna. Therefore, we will definitely be building a larger aufguss cabin. What else is coming will remain a surprise for now.
The space for the new cabins will be created in the area currently occupied by the silence room and the body wrap room located behind it. In this building, we will essentially create a second sauna square, including the already opened Hutan Sauna, the new aufguss cabin with a much larger capacity, and at least one more very special new cabin to be introduced this year. In addition, the Meknes Sauna will once again be available as a regular sauna cabin.
During the renovation, we will remain open, as the construction work will take place at the rear of the building.

Monday–Thursday: €33.75 (regular price €39.75)
Friday–Saturday–Sunday: €35.75 (regular price €42.75)
Evening rates (from 17:00 / 5:00 PM)
Monday–Thursday: €22.75 (regular price €29.75)
Friday–Saturday–Sunday: €25.75 (regular price €32.75)
You may continue using your bath pass as usual, or choose the special renovation rate. All current bath passes will be extended by 5 months.
