Colors are the smiles of nature!

Warm up like the old Romans; heated marble benches provide a very direct heating.

Light therapy lamps are placed above 2 of the 5 caldarium benches. Each color has a different effect;

Red light is exciting, radiates heat.
Red activates the mind, it gives us a pleasant feeling.

Yellow is the color of the sun, brings summer into the house, makes us happy and cheerful. Yellow keeps us sharp and brings a carefree free life feeling.

Green light brings us closer to nature. Green has a calming effect on the nervous system, is ideal for an intense and peaceful relaxation. Green provides emotional balance.

Blue light is cooling, calming and relaxing. It is ideal for dreaming away. Blue calms and surrounds us with an almost dreamy atmosphere.
