What is Aroma Massage?
In aromamassage we use almond oil to which 100% pure natural essential oils are added. These oils have a beneficial effect on body and mind and provide the skin with nutrients, relax the muscles and soothe the mind, pure relaxation. An aroma massage has a deeper effect than a regular massage because it also affects the psyche. The aromas play a central role. You see, hear, smell, feel and think more clearly.
For whom
Aroma massage is ideal for people who suffer from lethargy, fatigue, depression, headache or migraine, back pain, neck and shoulder pain, general stress complaints. But even if you just want to relax, aromamassage is definitely recommended.
The treatment
The body is massaged in a gentle way. This is not comparable with a sports massage. The touches are much lighter and less focused on the muscles. We let the aromas do the work with this massage. We work with a warm oil.
The oils
In consultation with the masseur a choice is made, you can choose from:
Lemongrass: the oil comes from a grass species and it smells like lemon. He clears the head and promotes concentration, it is also an aid in strengthening the subcutaneous connective tissue.
Den: a fresh and spicy oil from the needles of the pine, the best known pine species in our country. Den facilitates breathing and cleans the airways. Den purifies the skin and supplies it with oxygen.
Lavender: the oil comes from the well-known plant with the purple flowers. The oil is a tranquilizer and has a relaxing effect on muscle cramps and furthermore the oil has slightly numbing properties.
All our massages can also be booked without a visit to the sauna.
